Meet The Team
Stan Roork With more than 35 years of insurance experience, Stan Roork has dedicated his career to protecting educational institutions and helping schools navigate the unique risks they face. For the past 29 years, he has specialized in educational insurance, developing particular expertise in serving Montessori schools and their communities across the United States.
Before entering the insurance profession, Stan built a distinguished career in education. He earned a master’s degree in music education. He directed high school band and orchestra and managed the music department at a performing arts high school.
Stan's background as an educator gives him a perspective that few insurance professionals can offer. Having spent years leading school programs and working directly with students, parents, faculty, and administrators, he understands the day-to-day challenges educational institutions face. That firsthand experience has made him a trusted advisor to schools, particularly Montessori communities, where he combines practical educational insight with decades of insurance expertise to develop thoughtful, customized insurance and risk management solutions.
Today, Stan continues to work closely with Montessori schools and other educational organizations, helping them secure comprehensive insurance programs that support their long-term success and mission.
Outside of work, Stan enjoys spending time with his wife and their ten grandchildren. Whether he's listening to them play the piano or guitar, cheering them on as they skateboard, sail, surf, or pursue their passion for flying, he takes great pride in encouraging the next generation to explore their talents and follow their dreams.
Timothy Roork has spent more than 21 years in the insurance industry, building a career that combines agency leadership, commercial insurance, catastrophe and property claims, and specialized program development.
After helping build a successful commercial niche insurance agency from the ground up, Timothy sold his ownership interest to broaden his expertise on the claims side of the industry. He worked as both a field and desk adjuster, handling complex residential and commercial property losses across the country before serving as a Claims Unit Manager overseeing claims operations for one of the nation's top five property insurance carriers through a leading independent adjusting firm. This experience gave him a unique understanding of the insurance process from every perspective—from underwriting and risk management to claims handling and client advocacy.
Timothy holds multiple IICRC certifications, including Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician (FSRT), and Trauma and Crime Scene Technician (TCST). He is also a HAAG Certified Residential Roof Inspector, bringing technical expertise and real-world claims experience to every client relationship.
Today, Timothy has returned to the retail side of the insurance industry to help launch My School Insurance, a specialized insurance program dedicated to serving Montessori schools. His mission is to provide school leaders with tailored insurance solutions, proactive risk management, and the confidence that comes from working with someone who understands both how policies are written and how claims are ultimately resolved.

Outside of work, Timothy enjoys spending time with his wife, Audri, and their three children, Seamus, Molly, and Saoirse. As a family, they share a passion for adventure and lifelong learning, whether they're sailing, surfing, skateboarding, skiing, or pursuing their latest challenge—learning to fly airplanes together.
