Meet The Team
Timothy Roork has spent more than 21 years in the insurance industry, building a career that combines agency leadership, commercial insurance, catastrophe and property claims, and specialized program development.
After helping build a successful commercial niche insurance agency from the ground up, Timothy sold his ownership interest to broaden his expertise on the claims side of the industry. He worked as both a field and desk adjuster, handling complex residential and commercial property losses across the country before serving as a Claims Unit Manager overseeing claims operations for one of the nation's top five property insurance carriers through a leading independent adjusting firm. This experience gave him a unique understanding of the insurance process from every perspective—from underwriting and risk management to claims handling and client advocacy.
Timothy holds multiple IICRC certifications, including Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician (FSRT), and Trauma and Crime Scene Technician (TCST). He is also a HAAG Certified Residential Roof Inspector, bringing technical expertise and real-world claims experience to every client relationship.
Today, Timothy has returned to the retail side of the insurance industry to help launch My School Insurance, a specialized insurance program dedicated to serving Montessori schools. His mission is to provide school leaders with tailored insurance solutions, proactive risk management, and the confidence that comes from working with someone who understands both how policies are written and how claims are ultimately resolved.

Outside of work, Timothy enjoys spending time with his wife, Audri, and their three children, Seamus, Molly, and Saoirse. As a family, they share a passion for adventure and lifelong learning, whether they're sailing, surfing, skateboarding, skiing, or pursuing their latest challenge—learning to fly airplanes together.
